Form
Registrations are now open.
Registration fees outlined below include conference
registration, the welcome reception function, field trip on 20 November,
lunch and morning/afternoon tea, and a conference pack including
a Conference Booklet, electronic copies of all conference resources,
and other goodies!
In an effort to make our Conference a carbon-neutral event, we will
will donate $20 from each conference registration fee to a restoration
project in New Caledonia managed by a local community. Supplementary
donations will be appreciated.

Currency
Note that The CFP franc (called the franc in everyday
use) is the currency used in the French Overseas collectivities
of New Caledonia, French Polynesia and Wallis and Futuna. It has
a fixed exchange rate with the euro at 1,000 XPF = 8.38 euro
Registration types
Member Rate: Current SERA members are eligible for a discounted
rate on registration, please fill out your membership number on
the registration form. If you are not already a member, click
here to join and take advantage of this discount. If
your membership has lapsed and you select this rate in error, we
will change your registration category to 'Non-Member' and ask you
to pay the difference.
Student Rate: Only those attendees
currently pursuing a degree at the Undergraduate, Graduate or PhD
level are eligible for the student rate. Students will be required
to present valid identification upon arrival at the conference.
Developing Country: For the purposes of SERA2014, a Developing Country
is any country of the Australasian region (i.e. East Asia and Pacific)
designated by the World Bank as a Low-income Economy, Lower-middle-income
Economy or Upper-middle-income Economy.

One-Day Registration:
Attendees who are unable to participate in the entire meeting can
register for the day of their choosing and be admitted to the conference
for all sessions and evening activities planned on that day. This
rate includes a conference name badge, printed program book, and
lunch and coffee breaks. One-day registration is available through
the online form.
Accompanying Partner: Conference attendees can register a guest for an additional cost of 15.000 XPF (125.70€). This fee includes attendance at the Welcome Reception on 17 November 2014 and the field trips on 20 November 2014. Guests can also register to attend the Conference Dinner 21 November 2014.
Cancellation Policy
Please do not submit an abstract if you are not confident that you will be able to attend the conference and make the presentation. Cancellations impose a serious burden on the Conference Organizing Committee and negatively impact the overall quality of the scientific program.
If your presentation has been accepted but extenuating circumstances prevent your attendance, we ask that you attempt to find another individual to make the presentation and notify us of this change as soon as possible at [email protected]
If cancellation becomes absolutely unavoidable, please contact us immediately at the aforementioned email address so we can remove your presentation from the conference program.
